   • Our apartments are conveniently located across prime locations in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud.

2. What facilities are available in the apartments?

   • All apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living spaces, cosy bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and in-suite laundry facilities. We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

3. Do you offer both short and long-term stays?

   • Yes, we provide a range of accommodation options including short-term stays, long-term lets, holiday lets, corporate stays and relocation services.

4. What is included in the price?

   • The price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, and also the use of all amenities within the apartment.

5. Is there a minimum stay requirement?

   • Our minimum stay requirements vary depending on the property and the time of year. Please contact us directly for specific information.

6. Are the apartments cleaned during my stay?

   • Yes, all our apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, we provide regular cleaning services which will be arranged according to your preferences.

7. Can I bring my pet?

   • Some of our apartments are pet-friendly. Please let us know when making a reservation if you intend to bring a pet.

8. What time is check-in and check-out?

   • Our standard check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

9. Is there a cancellation policy?

   • Yes, we do have a cancellation policy and it varies depending on the length of stay and the property. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation policy.
